I recently took the Premier Food Tour in Trastevere, and it was a delightful dive into Rome’s culinary traditions. Starting at the picturesque Piazza Mastai, we indulged in superb porchetta and a selection of rich cheeses at a traditional Salumeria. The pizza, with its perfect crispy crust, was a revelation, especially when paired with a glass of excellent local wine. The tour wrapped up beautifully with some of the creamiest gelato I’ve ever had. This tour is a must for any food and wine lover visiting Rome!

What a day! From the first sip of Aperol Spritz to the last bite of gelato, every moment was a delight. The guide’s passion for Roman cuisine made it all the more special. Absolutely unforgettable.
